How do I track my order?
Tracking Number
A tracking number is sent to you by email when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you can't find this email, check your spam folder or contact our customer service (see below).

Delivery Status
Once you have entered your tracking number, information about the status of your order will be displayed, including the dispatch date, the current location of the parcel and the expected delivery date.
Frequently asked questions
My tracking number is not recognized. What should I do?
There may be a delay before the tracking number is activated. If the problem persists after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service (see below).
My order is late. How can I get more information?
If the delivery time is longer than expected, we advise you to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. You can also contact us for assistance.
I have received a damaged or incorrect product. What should I do?
