Our team is at your service and will process your order as quickly as possible. We know that you can’t press pause on bike season, and we aim to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction.

If a product doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, we will process your return as quickly as possible.

Deliveries

Delivery times

As soon as we receive your order, it will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on where you live and availability, standard delivery may take between 3 and 7 working days. If you have chosen express delivery, your order will generally arrive within 1 to 3 working days.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched. This will enable you to track your parcel all the way to your home.

Returns

Returns policy

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any items that are not to your satisfaction. Please ensure that the products are in their original, unused condition, with all packaging included and label attached. Follow the return instructions, which may differ depending on the product.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, an email will be sent informing you whether or not your refund has been approved. In case of approval, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction within 7 business days.
